Someone please help...nothing but trouble...overboosting now

Haven't had much.time at all to do any diagnosing, but I did apply about 12# of air pressure to the box and the light blue light went.on. could there have been ice in the bpl box that melted and evaporated withthe warm weather? This probably wouldn't.explain overlooking though? Also took the boost controller off and put air to the actuator and it opened as well. I took the boost controller apart, not sure if that was okay or not.

KAWGRN.... IT is indeed.a sweet.chassis, that's why.I haven't sold this think, cause I do believe once j get everything figured out it will climb with most 4 strokes out there. I've.climbed some very steep stuff anf the nose stay down incredibly well.

I'll update as I work on it and figure out what's going on. Guess it will be next.year before I hopefully get to see the capability of this machine. I think many will be surprised. I have had a few good days on it and when everything is clicking there isn't anything I've tried that seems to even challenge it.

Here's to next year!!!!! Lol

which boost controller are you using the BLOX or the turbo smart??? and if your seeing 16 psi and you have verified that the pl box is working but not turning on the blue when riding,,,gota be a hose issue!! theres alot of holes where the rear sisors mount , there was a reason for that!!!LOL

If it was a good powder day you could have sucked up some snow and iced up your reference lines. I had it happen once this year. Pretty much the same as you are saying to a T. Called Travis on the next Monday and he listened to what I was experiencing and told me to get it in some heat and let it sit over night. Ran great the next time out. The boost reference lines on some come off the bottom of the air box and once you suck in snow it turns to water and sits right there, then gets forced into your boost lines and freezes.

Next year! Its still snowing, the best riding I had last year was the end of april beginning of may

Believe me j know, its made.it that much harder. We've had.the.best.sniw year in 15 years! I'm just tired of every.time.I go out.I have another issue, and now.j have but another top end rebuild, and still haven't figured.out what the problem is this time. Tell ya one.thing, I know my machine a lot better.

But we'll see, we could sled until the end of may the way things are.now.

I am considering that as like I said, the week before.it.was holding.boost.exactly where I had set it. I did not.touch anything except the regulator, and it is accessible without messing with anything else. Problem now is I need to get the piston changed, then an hour.one way drive.to see.if.it.works. :( it would be so nice to live.right.in the mountains so a guy could.do testing.

For me, only two things can cause your problem......boost controller knob(hardware) bleeding somehow AND pl box in trouble.....
