i believe it is in utah somewhere. Somehow I came across this picture off a snowboarding web site. no clue about dimensions. It would look awesome on camera tho!

It's in Lamoille Canyon in the Ruby Mtns. Elko NV. I live in elko and every time I go riding I look at it. It's across the river beside the trail. If you got across the river it could be climbed. I've watched Skiers come down it! INSANE. But the really sketchy part is you would have to stop right on the top or get stuck at the top and have a heli pluck you off. If you go over the other side you/your sled would die a horrible death as you fall off a 100 ft waterfall and down into the river.

Looks like two are climbing it. Look about 7/8 towards the top and there appears to be tracks going up it. I may be mistaken though.

Edit: Maybe there are skiers or snowboarders coming down it, but there looks two be two somethings towards the top.

I saw that in ES2. I believe Dan Gardiner was trying to get the Team Summit boys to give it a whirl! lol.

Yes, it is in the Ruby's, I have seen it too. BRad Story Phelan and myself were looking at it hard, but there was no where near enough snow at the time. Definetly a cool shot.

Disco Dan Richter, aren't you the guy from the vidoe series "thunderstruck"? If so, aren't you the yamaha guy, w/the turbo blue sx-r on thunderstruck 3? that thing sounds so awesome! big filter sticking out in the breeze, trying to catch whatever mountain air is there for your engine to breath in. us guys in the flatlands are luckily blessed, with the more dense air. that chute looks like it would be awesome to climb up. i would love to see a video of someone going up it. maybe something for the crazy canadian dan to give a try.....lol:)
