Iam running a 08 dragon 700
SLP race twins
attitude box

sled runs perfect on and off the throttle and wot. But going down the trail say at 1/4 throttle it will cut in and out running on 1 cylinder when it does this that cylider drops egts alot. Any ideas??

Also running it today i had my red setting set on 3 today going up the trail ran good then we got up high today it was lean popping i was thinking what the hell so i bumped the red up to 5.5 and it ran good but why in the hell would i be putting more fuel in when iam high up in elevation??

my setting are

green-1
yellow-1
red- well depending
green/blue-1
yellow/blue-1
red/blue-5.5

does anything seem way off

If you still have those pipes rapped in heat rap, they don't work well when the heat is kept in the pipe. That's why they don't coat the race pipes. Sounds like your running into pipe heat problem. Finiky twins

so it should only do it when the pipes get hot "where they make the most hp" but it seems to do it all the time. i will take the wrap off and try it cant hurt i guess

you cant take fuel away through the mid range? Never used that controler but pc5 and boondocker allows you to take fuel away. I had the same problem with my fuel mapping. on and off throttle and low throttle it fell on its face. I had to take fuel away at 5000 and 6700 mid throttle position, it cured it. my o2 readings say 16 in that range but it runs good and plug color is good. Havnt had issues since

fixed it another common case of overlooking the simple stuff damn exhaust bellows runs smooth and crisp now
