Enterpretation? The guy is a shylock and a Hustler!! Funny how these loudmouths arent ever interested in doing anything like serving their country maybe? Running for office? Why? Lots of suckers around that will pay big bucks to listen to him whine about stuff he isnt willing to try and change through any legit means.
