Looks like the perfect spring storm brewing to me, at least for the SW part of the state. Lots of moisture coming onshore, moving up from SoCal towards the four corners. This pattern often produces great spring dumps around here. Advisories are in place, I think we may actually get a powder day Mon or Tues.
Absolutely its going to! Especially considering im gonna be riding outta glenwood springs 7 days from now!!!
Better plan on doing some driving, it has been summer in Glenwood for a month. The access points to the Flattops are MUD for miles and the Mesa hasn't seen nearly enough snow. When I was there a couple of weeks ago ended up driving to Vail Pass to ride for a couple of days.

North of 70 is 100+% of usual snowpack. Yea acess might be muddy... no biggy. Plus its gonna start snowing shortly. Ye naysayers lol
This is a real spotty storm - Powderhorn on Grand Mesa had zero overnight, Park reservoir got 4" just a few miles away. Been watching it blow in and out all day. Best news is that this is supposed to carry on for several days so those riding mid to late week should have good conditions - NWS is calling for up to 20" on west facing slopes.

Lol just sucks... had family emergency an our trip had to end after 2 days riding. Oh well next time!!
