I got a response back from one of our state Rep's. She said she voted for it and thought it was a good thing for the environment and economy. She said that allowing people to recreate on public lands is a big deal for her and she went on and on about that topic and from what I read she had no clue that since it will be designated Wilderness that the recreation will all but cease. I really couldn't beleive what I was reading and had to go back through and re-read what I wrote to her and make sure I referenced the right bill and it was all right there.... She thinks that voting for the bill is the right thing to do to allow us to continue visiting the area and enjoying with our friends and family as we do now and this will help to ensure it is there for us to enjoy in the future.

Ridiculous. I would bet most of the dipshtits that voted for it have no idea what the designation means for the area and the economy in those area's.

Give me this old cows name and her office phone number, I will call her. Better yet, Vote that Bit-h out of office!

No offense intended, but South Dakota is the same state where a large number of people think Tom Dacshle is some sort of hero.

I tried to e-mail Stephanie Herseth. The Rep in South Dakota. stephanie.hersethsandlin@mail.house.gov The e-mail came back, couldn't deliver. This is almost useless. You try to contact these people and can't. How can a guy contact her?
