Have you guys pretty well gotten the consensus of the peoples opinion? You are pretty much killing the site. You talk about the numbers you are up to. It seems to me that GREED set in and GREED usually has its way of killing things. Of course theres gonna be people who pay for it, and say to the people who arent willing to give 2 cents "you should just pay", "quit whiniing", blah blah blah, but overall you are going to lose FAR more than you will ever gain. Take a look around!

Here's my feedback:
I have to agree with Hulkamania. I'm going to guess that many of us are subscribers to more than one forum. So if you take 10 or so forums that I subscribe to for example and each of them started charging me $30 a year, it's not just a tank of gas anymore. I'm really disappointed that the owners of this site couldn't be more creative with advertising to pay for it. I'm also disappointed that you came up with a $30 per year fee. Let's do the math 43,000 members at $30 a year giving you a target of $1.3 million per year???? Come on now, what gives?

Here's my suggestion:
Find a way to keep the free access the same as it has been. If you have additional benefits beyond that, offer it to the premium members. Setup an account with google adsense and take advantage of the page view volume you have. This could pay much more than your membership fees ever would and you could keep this site 100% free as it has been. A little creativity could make you more money while keeping a happy community.
