Over a month ago I ordered a set of Snoweliminators and was quickly charged the full amount. Since then I have yet to recieve my order, I have called numerous times and have sent numerous e-mails and other than one time I actually got through and talked to Jerry and got some bs story and was told they would be shipped immediately, no order! I've since called the Sherriff's department in Jackson county Oregon and was told it was essentially stealing and they would dispatch a deputy. I've also filed a complaint with the Oregon Better Business Beauru and put the credit card charge in disput with my credit card company. I tried to be nice about this and give him ample time to respond and nothing. I encourge all to think twice about a purchase from them and go with Better Boards instead. I think Rob would be much better to deal with.

isnt 6-8 weeks reasonable?.....define over a month ago

Have gotten a few sets from him. Ordered a set a month or so ago and they showed up in about a week. Sorry to hear you're having problems. Hope they show-soon!

same here, two sets and no prob, but i can see the need June in NM you should have had the overnight them for ya.

every company has one slip threw the cracks once and a while, just happens until you take the people out of it.

Approaching 7 weeks now. Yea, I get the "There is snow in New Mexico?" Jokes. I ordered them when I did so I wouldn't have to screw with mods when the snow does fly. And yes, we do get some awesome snow down here. Over 100 inches on the ground last year. Steep and deep. Some of the best riding I've done in the states and have ridden almost every state in the West. Ordered quite a few parts and had everyone in two weeks or less and am still waiting on these. Not sure if they were shipped pony express or not. Oh, and have ya heard, Obama is taking over Fedex and UPS now and will refer to the new company as Fedup.
