Snoweliminators; Don't buy them!!!

Over a month ago I ordered a set of Snoweliminators and was quickly charged the full amount. Since then I have yet to recieve my order, I have called numerous times and have sent numerous e-mails and other than one time I actually got through and talked to Jerry and got some bs story and was told they would be shipped immediately, no order! I've since called the Sherriff's department in Jackson county Oregon and was told it was essentially stealing and they would dispatch a deputy. I've also filed a complaint with the Oregon Better Business Beauru and put the credit card charge in disput with my credit card company. I tried to be nice about this and give him ample time to respond and nothing. I encourge all to think twice about a purchase from them and go with Better Boards instead. I think Rob would be much better to deal with.

Your right B/F, should have talked to Mike first. Lesson learned. I guess honest businessmen are getting harder to find. Yes, I think I will have to go with better boards. However, I'm not done with snoweliminators just yet, I've got score to settle.

That sucks man When i order from them they were fast to ship so that sucks for you But they are a nice product so just keep trying hope all works out for you

As the economy gets worse so does customer service and apparently theft. I've been fortunate ordering stuff. Hope this gets resolved fast.

I have always had good luck ordering products as well and didn't think it would be an issue as I've heard alot of people on Sno West having Snow eliminators. But as a former business owner I never treated my customers like this and always returned phone calls even it the customer was less than happy.

Ive also had good luck with this company from the last few years. I alway's order through my local yamaha dealer, don't know if that makes a difference. That's to bad some of this stuff goes that way!

I have never heard of or had a problem with snow elimators ordering/shipping. I do know he owns a machine shop in Oregon and is probably on a job that pays real money. I highly doubt you will be wronged here, pissed off for a bit maybe for lack of communication but not out your money, hopefully! Sorry to hear about your situation.......I know I have missed an order before, but I have a phone, number is posted on line, and it is on, and I return my phone messages.......thats the way it should be.

That sucks, even if it does get resolved it shows it's not a very good company. My rule is, if I order and hear nothing in 1 week/see the product, even if I get it eventully, it's going back and I will dispute the charge, don't deal with any company that doesn't know how to conduct business.
