Well, finalized a deal today!

Velocity blue with blue rails and blue spindles, 163" / 2.6" ordered and done!

Anybody else????

Havent priced anything yet. It would take one heck of a deal for me this year. I have a golden ticket and will do some checking but doubt it will happen.

I think the color options were better last year. Eric

Color wasn't real a big deal for me, just wanted a little blue here and there as I'll be wrapping the thing with a custom wrap from Arctic FX. With all these Axys out there, I gotta make this one different, so I know which was is mine!! ha ha.

I didn't really want a gray one but to match the options on the 3" gray 163 limited editions it is several thousand more. Just building a 163 2.6 is considerably more when you add the fancy gauge and updated shocks not counting the storage bags and bumper. I don't understand why Polaris did this.

I am so curious to hear reports back on that animal!!! Congrats!!

I will be sure to test it against my pro which now has a 2.6" series 6 track and 165 hp. I'm thinking it won't be close the Axys should spank it, only time will tell.

I agree but I want a belt drive 163 so I'm going to check a lime 155 2.6 and put a 163 rails and track on it. I get parts cheap so it's still cheaper doing this after I sell the 155 2.6.

Just curious, why not just order a 163" / 2.6", the difference is only 400.00 and it's done. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind wrenching but, no mess, no fuss, and she is ready to go, not to mention my time is worth something too.

Unless........Your dead set on the Titanium color??????

I know I thought about a ordering a all black and putting the lime stickers and lime bumpers on it but it will still be cheaper to go the other route. What did you pay for yours?

13,100.00, if I remember correctly.

Also went with the 4 year warranty and no PIDD gauge. Don't need that fancy gauge when I already run a Garmin Rhino and a BCA Link radio.

Same price as my snowcheck last year for a 163x2.6

I am guessing you got this thru Mandan? For a 174 LE with electric start they want $14,600.

$13400 for 155 LE
$13900 for 163 2.6 w/GPS gauge & clicker shocks
Both 4 yr warranty.

Since I started riding snowmobiles I have bought 11 sleds, eight of those were brand-new and only one of them was ever a snow check.
I see brand-new sleds being sold in the spring for $2500 less than they were in the fall, so for me, I will not be snow checking one. I'll be lurking in the shadows waiting to jump on a good deal.

If your not picky on colors or options and willing to take the time to drive, then yes I agree you can at times get some good deals later too.

I've done it both ways but with snowchecking, it's done and all taken care of. Now I can focus on getting other parts coming and when the sled arrives, I'm ready to turn some wrenches in the garage versus hunting for a good deal in the Internet.

Are you not going to lengthen the tunnel?
