snow show dates?

I'm stoked to see the new sleds and peeps . Let it snow. Summer is over....

It's going to be a good show this year, pretty much the same as last year but lots of good deals. I am the general contractor who puts the show in, $10 to get in and doors open each day at 10. See you all there.

Hey guys, I'm new to WA from up in Alaska, and I need to know the ins and outs of riding down here. Can someone send me some details on the "Snow Show"? Where, when, and do they have good gear for sale, etc...

I'm in the market for a new sled, and hopefully make some new friends around here while I'm at it.

You have to pay to park in the blue lot. That is where a lot of folks will park to sell stuff out of their pickups or trailers. Trailers for sale there too.

Can anyone in the know clarify the tax situation for people that are from out of state?
Last year vendors were saying they were being forced to charge washington state tax to people from out of state

Have to charge sales tax even if your from somewhere without it.

GT, even though we are from MT and normally don't have it, still got to pony up. Honestly the biggest pita of the Puyallup show is dealing with tax after not being used to is.

You can get out of sales tax if you are from a state without it, but its a little bit more complicated for the seller, still doable though.

AK, OR, CO, MT people should check this out, as should retailers so they are ready if they'd like to try it:

The other option, is to arrange the sale at the show but ship the parts the next week if the sale is going out of state just like any online order.

I bought a Honda generator last year at the show. Showed my Oregon ID and they were on the fence. Told them I wasn't interested if I had to pay WA tax. They figured it out and didn't charge me tax on the $900 bill.

Washington State Sales tax issue

I know we have never charged any sales tax to anyone outside Washington state, We require two pieces of ID, aka out of state drivers license and one other ID showing the state you reside in. Never had an issue with the state and we sell a lot of stuff at the show. We photo copy your drivers license for proof, Some vendors are just to lazy to deal with it.
