Snow eliminator or traction for the apex

Anyone have advice on this.
outside rail gets slippery with ice build up on cold day.
Thinking eliminator install but just cutting holes in the outer edge.
Anyone make something for this sled?
Ideally would like loop exchanger rmk style with different tunnel but no time for this season.

That dang heat exchanger just takes up so much of the board. I can make a traction cleat just like all of the other Better Boards but without the snow vacating I don't know if you would just make a bigger ice berg. There just isn't enough hole space on the outside of the APEX boards. After Scott M gets a chance to ride his apex and then Julies NYTRO that we just did Better Boards on we might get fired up for a prototype butcher a thon.

Rob, If you are getting caught up and have a minute one day Id like to stop by and try some sizes out.
If they fit well and I just cut out the outside with the exchanger heating the first part I imagine they would work.
I really need the traction either way.
I appreciate it.
