Snow Checked my 2023 Turbo Expert

With the high interest rates, I can see guy’s hanging onto new sleds longer, especially If the used buyer market is not willing to pay.
The reduction in warranty is not helping matters for used purchases either.

The reduction in warranty is my number one complaint about Doo's spring orders. Four years warranty originally, then three, now two.

Doo has been de-contenting spring orders for years by cutting the warranty, dumbing down the shocks, and laming the color options, and it's getting worse.

Most appealing thing about Poo's is their spring order options. That actually makes spring orders worthwhile.

I’d like to see the relationship between decreased warranty length vs. number of problems that arise during the 3rd and 4th years that used to be covered.
are they doing it because 4 years of coverage would make the sleds too expensive? engineering the sleds so they’re significantly more reliable so as to make longer warranties less necessary would in turn, make the sleds more expensive to manufacture.
sure everyone always says it’s just to rip the public off but I think there’s more to it than that.
interesting subject whatever the reasons.

I think it's purely dollars - meaning they are trying to squeeze out more profit and keep price increases lower. Except, the price increases don't seem lower.

Price increases didn’t surprise me with a new chassis combined with everything else going on in the world. The performance and fit and finish that we expect come at a price.

So you didn't have your new one Saturday when i talked to you at Ashton? I assume you would wait to ride it until i get my lynx on jan 31st. I asked last year, while waiting for my boost, and you didn't wait. You've had a year so it’s either older and kinder or older and crotchety.

LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PLANS.
I took the ALL BLACK VERSION instead of the Turtle Green one.
They are bolting on a skid plate for me and I should have the sled in the next couple days.

Mental Confusion.
This weekend I rode the 2022
Next weekend I ride the 2023

Glad you got your sled but the gray/green color rocks!

Does this mean it's getting one of those new color changing chrome wraps?

I do have to say the green looks good in person but the black is always a classic.

IMO the painted Black is way better looking, the metallic flake in the paint is nice. From what I heard the grey hood is not as durable either.

I heard the black ones are 8 lbs lighter and have 10 more hp than the Grey ones

Well considering I know people who spent months riding them this spring, that’s what they told me. The black held up to wear and tear better, same as the panel vent for the clutch they broke lots of them.

Lol, don’t like it scroll on.
Comments like this is the reasons why people don’t share what they know.
