Has anyone investigated stuffing a snowbike suspension and track under a zr120? Older used kits can be had pretty inexpensively, most of the tracks are 12" wide but could be ripped down.

I'm actually contemplating this same setup for my daughter's Polaris 120. We recently replaced the 120 with a pretty built 212 and the short track could use some extension.
I would bet a timbersled track is flexier than an old tech budget track like the 120 came with. Pulled my daughter's 120 out of the rafters and tinkered with it a little today, I think the paddles would need trimmed or a dropped driveshaft for clearance. Inside the tunnel is about 11" wide. Stock 120 suspension is pretty rudimentary I think just about anything would be a big improvement. I think custom drivers would be required.
could maybe use the drivers and shaft from the bike kit, depending on its width maybe would need to be turned on a lathe and change bearing size in the tunnel. they make cvt kits for the 120's so the drop and roll would just be part of that install. all depends on how wild a person wants to go. you go far enough might as well just buy a 200.
I am currently gathering parts to build a 120 Polaris with a old 70's poo 250 2 stroke and a timber sled rear susp with a set of a arms i am going to build also. i have 1/2 the parts and will add a link for when i start in the members build forum. this will be a pit sled aka parking lot ripper
