I bought a used head from Jim in late november, he shipped it promptly but unfortunately it became lost in the mail. I finally gave up on ever getting it and asked Jim for a refund which I recieved today. Jim has gone above and beyond to make a bad situation right, and in the process he has lost money on shipping and is out the head. Despite all this he has taken care of me and I just wanted to let you all know that I would have complete confidence in dealing with him again. Jay
