Anyone riden up Snake Creek Canyon?? What is the riding like and is there a parking lot to park at? Can you access American Fork Canyon terrain and Guardsmans pass on snowmobiles. I assume you could on dirt bikes in the summer. Thanks in advance for the help!

snack creek is very small and gets tracked up quick, the parking lot is usually dirt, not much fun for me....daniels summit is just as close and much larger..or head a bit further and ride strawberry

Is this supposed to be a decoy?? In that case I send him back to snake creek B/C it has all the crazy terrain one can get into

The road is always un-groomed and sucks for the amount of terrain up there.

yes there is a parking lot at the end of the road. I dont ride up there much just beacuse its mostly hills and not that fun to ME. But more power to you to shred it up.

You have to know where to go to get to the good stuff. Parking lot is small. Not my favorite place.

To access Guardsman pass, go up the other canyon ( Pine Creek) on the other side of the Golf course. It will take you down into Brighton or Park City.

super steep up there ...
I went up there wit the twisted turbo guys there is sum technical riding up there .
I popped out jus behind the crest express lift at brighton it waS COOL !
. And yes I was in the spot where the two snowboarders wit no beacons survived an avy .

For the amount of riding snake creek is not worth it. The parking lot holds six truck and trailer combos max, the road is long to get anywhere and always super bumpy, and last time I was up there I got cliffed out above a 150+footer...not my idea of fun.

I prefer it to access Double hill and Whitney... you said Chalk creek right?
