SLP Vents.....made better.

I put SLP side panel stirrup vents and dash vent on my sled. The Stainless Steel/Aluminum finish didnt look good against the Red/Blk of my sled.
So, I did what any good, always wanting to tweak something, work on my sled sledder would do. I CHANGED IT.
I had them powder coated black, put some wide mesh pet screen on the them for protection, followed by some solar screen (fine mesh) to keep the water & snow out.
I think it looks way better

just make sure that new screen you put on there will breath in fresh air and not restrict it..

Nice, might have to do something like that to hide the dents in my footwell vents. Outlet vents the bug mesh works better than the flowrite material, but would have kept the flowrite material for the intakes.

I'm sure it will vary by location of where you live. I got mine at Lowes.. about $ 8.95 for each roll

Pet Screen is a heavy plastic coated wider mesh screen
The Solar Screen is a real tight mesh, not as fine meshed as the SLP material, but I watched snow/water roll right off it.
