I have a used high altitude SLP Stage 3 for a 2011/12 Polaris Pro 800 kit with the following:
Single Pipe and Can
Power Commander V with Stage 3 mapping
SLP Power Dome Heads choice of one of the below
# 12-395 5000' + (requires fuel blend)
# 12-394 5000' +
Clutch Kit, Blue/pink primary spring, black/purple secondary
MTX 65 gram weights with some rivets (no tool)
Helix 56 Er42-36
The PCV has a nick on the corner from coming loose in the sled, it is cosmetic and functions fine. I spoke with Dynojet and they recommend leaving as is, replacing cover could cause more damage.
Not 100% sure but I think if you install the lower resonator support part # 6 in the attached diagram for an 11/12 Pro ( part # 1017229) this will fit on 13 and newer Pros
Kit new runs close to $1700 selling for $600 (with one head) $ 800 (with both) plus shipping and fees
