I have a SLP single set. I had the silencer on for 1700 miles and the Pipe on for 350 miles. I had some intake issues and burned down my motor so I am fixing it and putting it back to stock. The pipe got a little hot just after the Y-pipe so it's discolored there a little and there is some rub marks from my Hotdogger. Otherwise it should be fine. When I took the silencer out I noticed a rattle inside it so there is probably a loose baffle or something but I couldn't ever hear any strange noise when it was running. I would like to get $325 for the set.
