slp rad removal kit

just did the rad removal on my 05 900 rmk, used the slp kit and followed the instructions to a tee, went very well, now I get reading some more posts and see that some of you are cutting off the coolant hose on the bottom of the coolant bottle and blanking it off and deleting one other coolant line, how is this way better than the instructions in the kit, if I leave it the way I hooked it up on the instuctions will it not run cooler than it does now, or should I change it, thanks again

Its just more efficient do delete that loop that you created. Saves weight, saves under hood room, just good to do. and theirs really no point of running the loop anymore.
