I recently purchased a Fusion 900 and the previous owner had the torque stop (PTO side) installed, but I do not see the engine push arm (recoil side). How important is the recoil side push arm? Should I install one while the engine is out?

I'm just trying to skimp where I can, which seems to be nowhere on this sled
Mounts have been replaced, along with new grade 8 hardware and a worn out torque stop on the mounting bracket.
