Got a message about a recall on my head from SLP for my 800 XP. Don't know yet what it's about. Anybody else have any info on this,

dont know if this means anything. we had a couple of 09 xp sleds with 3000-6000 domes that were .010 less squish then six others we checked .045-.048. seemed that the ones at .035-.038. would set the det sensor off no matter what they tryed. i think the two guys had s.l.p recut the squish band. with that said the rest of us are noticing good inprovements over stock.

Heard 2nd hand?? The high elevation domes that are machined for 8,000-10,000ft were marked for the lower elevation! If you were running these domes at the elevation you bought them for? They set your detonation sensor off and loose power. Just what I heard!!!

we thought that things colud have been mismarked also, therefore the diff in the squish. i didnt have a 6000-8000 dome to check.

Just heard from SLP that some domes got the wrong part numbers and they are not sure how many. I was told that they will send out all new domes for my altitude of 6000-8000 ft. at no charge.
