Slight clunk sound

I brought my sleds home for fall look over,, i have an 96 XCR440 SP which runs great,, i took belt off and slightly rocked the primary back and forth very slightly, heard a little tap, or cluck, very minute sound,,,,, so i went over to my 800r XP, and rocked that the same,, same little clunk..

Is there a little slop suppose to be in the rod bearings,, or is that something else ?

Both sleds run good and have no clunk sound when running.

It's the clutch arms in the primary shifting as you rotate. I'd be more worried if I didn't hear that sound.

but poo clutches dont do that.i just went out spun my old poo and i think its dry ring clicking noise from sitting all summer

Winter brew has maintenance kits for your doo clutch. Brake clean and scotch brite are yur friend. Clutch parts in the dishwasher works good to just not at my house.
