I just delivered my XLT to its new owner.

I am without a snowmobile for the first time since Dec 3 1992.

I have decided to buy a house and will replace the snowmobile after I am finished with that. I have never bought a house so it is a whole new experience but sounds really easy.

Start research.
Do some paperwork.
Look into credit rating
Do some paperwork
Decide what I can afford
Do some paperwork
Decide where I want to live
Do some paperwork

Well you get what I'm driving at.

So now to find a place that can help with a VA loan and find an agent.

Walk-in Closet Coming Soon

Try doing the paper work for a demolition, to provide way for a new home !

Hey Dartos make sure the home ya buy has a BIG walk-in closet , its all about the walk-in closet

let me know where you want to buy and I can probably help ya. I got Phatty an agent and he seemed really happy.

My sled goes away Sunday. sold her. I may need counseling by Sunday night. :(

I'm an agent that works strictly on recreational real estate such as cabins and cabin lots, so I wouldn't be the best agent for you. However, I do have a close acquaintance who is an excellent agent/broker that works along the Wasatch Front. If your interested in some info, PM me and I can get you his contact info.

OK. work ONLY with someone who is an authority on the exact area you want to buy. PERIOD! It's why I sent Phatty to an agent who works that area where he bought. It why people send clients to me for high end Park City and Deer Valley stuff. It's what I know and I am the first to admit I don't NOT know Jack Chit about other areas... figure out where you are looking to buy and let us know. One of us will have a contact there and then you're off to the races. :)

ps Dan, My boys rode Trial and Bald today and said it was great!!! and my Mod sled drove away sold... I do need help! lol. spine safety. Big Drops are for kids.... damn I feel old! haha. I knew today would suck!!!! Sledless here too Dartos!

I just returned from Duluth MN and getting caught up here.
Thanks for the help and pointers. I plan on getting my insurance claim finished up and get my sled paid off and then I should be ready to do the preliminary credit stuff.

I work in Sandy and in a perfect world I would find a place I can afford with a huge garage and close to work. East if I-15 and south of I-215????
