Sledhooligans new whip

I think it bada$$ seeing someone build a sled thats all their own. I was always told don't bash on a man's castle. For that matter come over to my house and tag my garage that's pretty sick. Props to u man keep it up.

Like it! Are you running a helmet light or plan to add lights to your sled? I'm going to try that hood on my sled. Is the cover easy to pop off the frame, I like the idea of painting/powder coating the frame black or red. The one thing holding me back is the gauge mounting issue. Interested in seeing what you come up with. Those bolts/nuts are in the perfect spot to use as a base for a gauge holder.

I like the graffiti on the wall. Way cool.

I can fab a gauge mount for the mesh hood. Question is do you want it to be adjustable or a fixed angle?
I'm picturing a wedge like shape to enclose and protect the gauge...

As fa as painting the frame I think you would have to do it before the fabric is put on. But Scott at Diamond S seems like a good guy so maybe he could send it to get powder coated before he puts the fabric on. He also had one the was screen printed with a Diamond S logo.So maybe some custom stuff would be cool.
Madsigntist very interested in what you could do for the gauge. Got any pictures of what you have in mind.

No, but its not really much of a stretch from a gauge lifter. Have CAD files for guage already. Just need to know how it mounts to the hood frame. Does DS have a plate in that area for mouting gauges? Pretty sure the M ones do.

Nice sled but much better sticker. That is funny stuff. You should be carfull on this site people get a little upset for calling out the Sled gods.:face-icon-small-hap

Madsigntist, I would cad up your pod with a measurement of the 2 hood bolts to the frame. Just make a couple legs off the bottom of the gauge lifter and have them angle out to the width of the hood mount bolts.
