I moved hear form ALASKA and need to find some riding partners. All this deep power is killing me. I live in colorado springs.

We are headed south to Ophir Creek tomorrow. It is about an hour and a half from central Colorado Springs. You are welcome to tag along with us. Please note Ophir Creek isn't extreme riding.
sweet , sounds like i'm going to get with a couple guys in salida tomorrow. If i dont ill post up and we will go.
We just got back from Vail Pass. 3 hour drive. We ride with a few folks from a local club out in Leadville. Will be 3 weeks before we go again though. Hope during those 3weeks, number 4 grandchild will arrive...!

Google map is saying roughly 3 hours from the Northern Springs. Route was 115/67/96/160. I am either looking at the wrong place or you drive a rocket ship... Thanks

Chaos, where are you in northern Springs? I'm near Fillmore and Centenial, i hardley ever see sleds around this side of town. Us Springs riders need to get together for drinks sometime.
Bent Axle, Stingray is a great guy, he'll give you the shirt off his back in the middle of a blizzard. You'll have fun riding with him.

The local snowmobile club meets Tuesday the 9th at the Mason Jar near I-25 and North Nevada. Dinner at 6 meeting starts at 7.

Seriously, always open to an adult beverage with a sledder and I would appreciate others to show me somewhere other than Vail Pass; getting old there and I would like to ride other areas.

I'm not but i want to join. I have a tendacy to wear out the guys i ride with also, great guys they just like to stick to the trails and i like to get out and play. Maybe we could all meet at the hooters on woodmen sometime and grab a beer.
Come by the Mason Jar on Tuesday. Support the local club. We schedule rides but also e-mail requests to meet up somewhere or where ever there is good snow on the weekends. There's a few extreme riders that can take you places. They also have beer.
This sounds like a great idea... We use to do hooters after the snoshow till we started the party there. I tried to arrange a springs hooters night a few years back, but no one was interested...
I am definitely in, just let me know when and where.

The next meeting will be the 9th of March. We had a great ride in Chama weather was good and we had some fresh snow to bust. Which part of Alaska did you live? I have a buddy in Eagle River but he's been working up in Delta at Fort Greely. Our meeting are mainly a BS session about everyones rides and we have some official busuness to go over but not to bad. By joining a local club you also join CSA which helps fight the greenies and the land grabs!!! Let me know if you want to go hit the hills sometime. I do chase the good snow.

I'm open anytime after 4. I try to avoid crowds so happy hour during the week is best for me but i can make it anyday. Anyone else coming?
