Had sled on its right side for about 1hour on the mountain to fix a broken shock, now i can'tget it started. It starts if i put fuel in the air box! Any ideas.
Thanks

First thing to check then would be fuel pressure, it's even possible your fuel pump simply lost it's prime from laying on the side,
Check for fuel pressure at the valve on your fuel line after pulling it over a few times, if there is none...... look up the info for priming the fuel pump in the stickies at the top of the 900 section.

^^^thats what i thought as well..

how many times have you pulled on it trying to start it..

I have primed the fuel pump and pulled twenty to twenty five times. I also tried nturning off the key and kill switch and still nothing. Check all wiring ,stator and relay.

Time to check spark while you pull it over, clean plugs, double check fuel pressure!!
Let us know!! And puuulllllll.

My suggestion would be to make sure you have lots of fuel in the tank and prime the pump, or pull till she fires. If I'm not mistaken, the fuel pick-ups are on the left side of the tank, so if you were low on fuel and had it in its right side, it probably got a massive amount of air in the lines.

Sounds like spark is good as you said it will fire with fuel in the airbox, so I would be surprised if you were dealing with an electrical issue... Just throw a few more gallons of fuel in it to make sure you have a lot in there and just keep trying.

X2.... if it starts by pouring fuel in the airbox = should be a fuel problem. You say you primed the pump, but did you verify pressure on the rail after doing so?

Ok i checked the fuel pressure and it is at 60 psi. I did get it started but runs for abut 5 min then dies wait 10 then restarts dies like if it is getting vapor locked. Any ideas?

It would be interesting to monitor fuel pressure as it is about to die... otherwise I'm a little stumped.
