Sled Wont start after push turbo intall

installed push turbo pg with a cpc fuel reg. cranked it about 50 times and no go. pulled fuel line off rail and have fuel. disconnected attitude box and connected stock injectors and still nothing. also checked and i do have spark any ideas? THIS thing has been a headache from the start since i ordered it. O and turbo leaks oil like a ****ing faucet cranked wide open. any ideas?

Call push, would be my first option.

Does it have a fuel pressure gauge, if so whats it showing for psi. I would try and dump a cap full of gas in one cylinder and see if it will fire. Sometimes it just needs to run a second to get the air out of the system. Use a test light and check the injector wire to see if it is pulsing.

As for the turbo leak, where is the oil coming from.

Check and see if the connectors from the fuel box are wired the same as the factory ones sometimes you have to switch them around. I think purelogics website has more info on that process.

I just saw you tried with the stock injectors wiring, do you have the ccu connected properly and everything grounded. Ecu plugged in tight.

Also like wyo said check fuel pressure you need approx 20psi for it to start.

I was thinking the same thing, but the sled should fire when he disconnected the attitude box if the issue was in the injector wiring. Are you seeing any fuel on the plugs?

Where is the turbo leaking from?.. also if they won't warranty it I found where you can get that turbo for $220 shipped.

I have had sleds not start with more than 20psi after they ran out of gas, had to dump a cap of gas in a cylinder twice and then it finally would fire and sputter a few times then took off.

Check your grounds also, make sure they are good ones.

What do you mean by this? Leaking on the mount or in the intake/exhust sides? Can you post up pictures?

Make sure the pick ups in the tank are not sucked up into the housing. If they are pull the pick up tube off the fuel pump and blow them back out.

Your going to want to install a larger fuel pump with the kit as well. You can get one from MMsports.

Where did you mount the fuel presure gauge? Can you see it when you pull the cord? Is it building presure?

I would try putting some fuel down the plug holes and see if it will fire? At least that would sent you in the right direction.

fuel pressure gauge reads zero but i have fuel in the line? ill try the gas in the cylinder again. when i installed the coc reg it just went right in. no pressure or anything. the stock one i had to pop off. the sled did run before i put the kit on i made sure of it. also is there a way to check the ecu. completely forgot about pulling it when i welded up the pipe. i am getting power though because the oil pump it working and my egt lights up for a split second. spark plugs also getting spark. egt and oil pump are tied into fuel puimp

What turbo are you finding for $220 the 28 from the G kit or the TiAL 2868 from the PG kit?

With 0 psi it wont start, hook up a 12v power supply to the fuel pump wires, once you have pressure start pulling, when it starts reconnect the fuel pump wires and try that. On these sleds the first pull is supposed to prime the fuel pump/ build psi, but if there is nothing there it wont build.

A 12 volt car battery is just fine. The pump will only draw what current it needs. I used my truck battery to prime my fuel lines when I installed my turbo last year.

just found that im missing the orings. anyone know size? also kevin cpc regulator cam flying apart.all i have is 1 metal spring and a heavy thick washer. am i missing something?

got sled started. will only run if stock injectors are plugged in. wont work with attitude box plugged in. have both injectors plugged in, tried 2 diff ground with black wire. air sensor plugged in and have the boost line hooked up. only cord haning is the white with a plastic piece on the end.

You need to switch the pins around in the injector plugs. If you download the instructions off attitude's website, it is pretty simply and self explanatory.

The Breeze. Actually Found your instructions from 2010. Helped a Ton.. Fired It up 5 minutes ago after rebuilding the regulator... and switching all 4 pins on box around. 100LL smells weird as hell
