sled shed can

ive had that can since new. I now have 1200miles without a issue. The muffpot is extremly hot to cook in(gonna burn the crap out of everything until you get it dialed) the can is not overly loud

found the company they want 4 bills...... a little rich for my blood for hot food. great idea though.
thanks for the info.:face-icon-small-coo

It looks pretty cool but if it only had a temp. Gauge and timer built in you would not have to burn your food. LOL, it obviously runs very hot so I would imagine you would need to seriously wrap your food in a bunch of tinfoil to keep it from burning. Any idea what the internal temp of the can is at a constant 8000 rpm's?

I'm sorry but I've looked all over the sledshed site and all I can see is the original Thing, no where on their site do I see the pic that was posted by the starter of this thread.

Any more personal experiences with these?

I took 4-5 of them over to Norway in 03-04, had a loud sharp sound but did help throttle response. These are designed to also add power by being tunes just like the pipe.

Cooker can definitely has a lower sound and I think I might buy one if it lost weight and helped throttle response..

I have ran "The Thing" can on many sleds. Can works awesome. I have a "The Thing" non muff pot/regular version on my pro and will be the first thing going on my 13. I didn't like the idea of the muff pot restricting the flow so went with the regular version and love it.
