sled puking coolent on startup Help

2008 dragon ovs garret turbo. Update to 2010 including latest flash. Using power addiction 12:1 head. Sled started to puke after updating to newest flash. Once it pukes it is fine, no cooling issues. Was definatly cold related, colder it was the more it puked. Once you got past the first start of the morning it was fine for the rest of the day. Suspected o-ring so pulled head and there was an o-ring that had a bad spot on it. I think it was the pto side. Replaced o-rings and it seemed to solve the problem for a few days and now it is back. I'm assuming o-ring again but haven't confirmed by pulling head yet. If it is, could there be some detonation going on that is hurting the o-ring? Ever since the flash my pto side had been running really lean compared to the mag.

I would inspect the o-ring groove. The o-ring is exposed to the engine combustion very little if any. It is designed so the ring smashes into and completly fills the groove just as the head settles flat against the block. If the ring is getting damaged then either the groove has a problem or maybe the head is warped.

Thanks bb454, Just talked with Brad at power addiction and he wants me to pull the head and give him a call. He's thinking maybe warped head.
