Sled Deck Built

Looks good. What are you into it so far for all materials and how much in steel alone?

Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

More questions, :light: How long of a ramp are you building for it? and are you building it specifically for a long bed or short or will it work in either?

350 for metal..and then total amount with everything we need around 600 for paint, ski guides, plywood, load binders, and chain..along with some other small stuff...planning on it working in both but based it off a short bed...10ft two piece ramp one chunk 8ft other 2ft and welded solid 3/4 by 1 1/2 flat iron to join the two together..

Nice. I just about got the deck im bilding raped up tonight besides wireing. I went with a solid 10 foot ramp and 2x1 tubbing. I was in it close to what you were. think i was 300 ish for steel then with glides and all the little stuff i was close to 600. Way better then the 2000 plus to buy a new one

That looks pretty Professional to me!!
How many hours would you say you had in to it and what did the total cost end up being?

Thanks,

Ryan

looks good! how do you put it in the bed? a couple guys i ride with have made their own, but they are a pain in the rear to put in because of their weight. without a skidsteer w/ pallet forks or an overhead hoist, i bet it would take 4 guys FOR SURE to set it in the bed

Nice lookin deck. That's a pretty clean duramax. Not to derail but what you all got done to it?
