Ski's are facing straight but handlebars are crooked?

You might have some toe issues tho if your steering is out now. check with a tape measure if theres a diffrence in your skis from front to rear of them. and adjust the one side that needs adjusting to strighten your bars out.
 
If your steering is only slightly off, then if you can loosen the freeze nuts at each end of the steering rods, then you can handle it that way. If the steering is significantly off, then you will need to loosen the steering arm and reset it one or two notches to either side, in the top of the spindle. If the steering is on backwards, you're pretty much screwed unless you enjoy riding in reverse all day. lol
 
If the toe out on the skis is correct, I would adjust the rod going from the steering post base up to the steering rack in the front. it wont take much to make the bars move quite a bit.
