Skinz Super Q -2006 M7

Has anyone had any fitment trouble with this? I noticed the 2005-2006 M7's don't have the coolant bottle heat shield and I melted my coolant bottle along with the plastic coolant bottle mount. I have the spring hooked to the bottom like the instructions say to do but the top of this can still has alot of "front to back" movement which resulted in my melted mess.

I put one on my 06 m7 back in 07 have not had any problems. Mine doesnt have a spring just one bolt where the stock mount was.

06 M7 here too, Super Q can. Mine has a bolt that goes into the side brace by the bulkhead and holds it so it can't move, only axis of movement is sort of clockwise/counterclockwise.

Skins changed the design and your right it does not fit very well. The original design was great. I called and tried to get an old one, but was told they no longer had them. I am going to try and fab up a brace that holds the can to the outlet hole brace on the belly pan plastic.

I have the new style Super Q on a 09 M8. Has 2 feet that go into the stock can feet location. Along with a spring to mount it.

No problems.
