The seat kit is available by itself and drops about 7lbs at a cost of $549.95. With the silencer it is $799.95 and drops about 12lbs

The silencer utilizes the stock mounting location. This maintains silencer and pipe length to keep performance consistent. As well it maintains the ability to be put back to stock trim.
The motoX type seat gives an additional 2" rise and is mounted to a lightweight tubular TIG welded frame. And who doesn't like a nice gripper seat? Another well thought out product to make your sledding experience that much better. All hardware is included for complete installation.

Looks to be between 29-30" depending where exactly it's measured. About 2" shorter than stock. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

Yeah, I'm sure thinking that will take some modifying to make work. Not something I would recommend. Although, if you've already created a Vector/Apex this may be a walk in the park for you.

Also, what is the blackish material used in the space between the seat and the tunnel. I am thinking of an under tunnel exhaust, so I would want to leave this all open.

It is just a phifertex screen. It is there to control snow packing in so you could leave that blank if you desired.

what does the seat and brace weigh in total, 7lbs sounds like a stretch as the stock seat plastic and sheild only weighs 11.5 lbs

It is the Skinz Protective Gear Nytro MTX Tunnel Kit which trims down the running boards and adds the brace and the bumper.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. My bad. Looks like everyone got their questions answered though. I just love this kit. Standing on the sled, the seat is perfect! MX styling makes it very easy to grip with your legs. Very nice for carving in the deep stuff or when having to move aggressively on the sled.
The rear tunnel kit really cleans up and strengthens the back of that sled. The bumper is much more functional and the braces add the support needed to the boards.
The seat is completely manufactured by Skinz and I know they worked really hard to get the weight off of it without sacrificing function.
Paul, no worries on posting on threads I've started. People need their questions answered and I can't always get to them in a timely manner. I actually have to manage a large retail store first and foremost.

Skinz seat

Just installed my new Skinz seat today. Received one of the first ones. Very very light. Tons of storage room for under tunnel bag under the seat. Much higher position for easier sit to stand transition. Feels like a motoX seat or much like the phazer seat with much more padding. Firm but comfortable.

This seat was designed with turbos in mind. Which ones they work with exactly, I'm not sure. If the turbo works with the stock seat then it should work perfectly with this kit. You can always send me pics of your setup and we can take a closer look at it for a more definite answer.
