skidoo track on MC

a buddy gave me his 154 of his 08 everest, i have a 04 mc 151 thats showing its age, does anyone make a 2.86 pitch for a 1 1/4 track shaft for my sled, and if so what tooth, would it be worth doing. i know i have to get 6' wheels up by the tunnel and obviusly new drivers, would i need to do anything else. im thinkin that i might have enough adjustment left to take up the 3" more track

I am running a Challenger extreme 156 on 153 rails on my 04 with no problems. I used 8 inch uppers(had them laying around) and still have a little adjustment left.
