Skid plate rivets?

I need some help in locating some replacement rivets to put my front skid plate back on my M-series. I have checked all over town and no one seems to offer a rivet as long as they need to be. I don't have the exact measurement but they seem to be 1 3/4" to 2" long by 3/16. I tried to get the artic cat dealer to help but they told me they don't show the mounting kit as a seperate number.
Any help or ideas would be a great help. Winter could be here any day and I don't want to be running with no protection!

Thanks

I NEVER rivet them on any more! I have found that screws are better there. When you need to get it off in the backcounrty for some reason youll be glad it wasnt riveted.:D:beer;

I have also limited the number of screws down to only the criticle ones needed to hold that puppy on! So I dont have to un-do 20 screws when that happens, I only have 8-10 of them to get the pan off.:D

A second vote here for screws. On mine I used the same big diameter Torx head that holds the rest of the plastic on the sled.

Got any pics of the screws before/after installing them?
