Hi I have a 2002 edge 800 RMK. I took apart the skid to install new shocks, cleaned up the old grease and replace one bent part.

I'm looking for the torque specs for putting the rails back together. The pivot points especially.

I hope I was more clear this time sorry.

Thank you

Do you mean the bolts for bolting the skid to the tunnel? If yes, 35 should be good. The problem is the shaft it aluminum and if the bolts were a bit loose before you took it apart the threads may have been wore out.

The cross bolts holding the skid together especially at the pivot points.

Thank you for the help.
