I have not been able to find ski skins yet but on another site found a guy that built his own using a mold made from 2x4 and his oven. As for lifts there are some blueprints in Kitty cat forums but if you don't have the means to build your own the only place I found that still builds them is orpsparts.com. I just ordered a kit for the 95 I am building for my son for Christmas. The shipping from Canada bites but I think will be worth it in the long run.
