Ski selection for '07 Phazer Mtn Lite...help

I am looking to buy a new set of ski for my wifes '07 Phazer Mountain Lite and can't decide between Gen I and II Simmons or Slydog Powder Hounds. I have had great luck with the Gen I's on an RX-1 but have never been around the Gen II or Slydog's. Can anyone enlighten me on these choices, please?

I run slydogs on my M7 and like them. They are easier too sidehill with, but I must say the stock ski didn't suck IMO.

As for the Phazer, I may be weird, but I love how tippy it is. I detest trails as a general rule, and the tippy behavior on the trail turns into just plan fun in 12 to 18 inches plus of powder.

When the son, or my wife are riding it, I will move the ski's out.

If you try the slydogs, I'd love a PM from you if you find that it still carves in the powder effortlessly and remains "tippy." I for one hope it does.....

Might try mounting the slydogs from the M on the Phazer, just for fun.

Will do on the PM, I don't mind the tippy myself but it is my wifes sled and she is not overly fond of that aspect....

I didnt think the stock skis were so bad , worked on the trail and floated fairly well in powder??? Dino
