Ski-doo vs. Arctic Cat

I was wondering did Ski-doo A.K.A BRP file a lawsuit against Arctic Cat?

Maybe that was a part of the suit...Cat gives up two pro riders... BRP drops the hostilities over Cat " stealing" the next logical step for ACs new chasis... I've said it before and I'll say it here, this whole thing is dumb. Kinda like Ford suing Chrysler for having tie rods. Think how much farther our sport would move if the oems focused on better and more inovative sleds and not bickering about who stole it from who.
P.S. maybe they were just pissed about not getting RRs with there name and number on them

I think they sue each other to force the courts to tell them that all sleds have to be exactly the same and so shall they be. What works for one has to work for the other - but for those pesky patents. Slowly over time the sled names will be the only difference between the brands.

Does anybody have the straight poop on what has happened with the lawsuit. I did a internet search and came up with nothing. The DI is going to be Yammie's . Doo gets the pro riders because they have very deep pockets.

This is what happens when snow flies but its not deep enough to ride, so we fill the rest with BS

I feel sorry for Bret, on either sled.
