Ski Doo H.A.C problems

Have a friend with a 1998 Summit 670X which seems to run rich and is fouling plugs. Is there a shop or mechanic that is knowledgable about the HAC systems that anyone would recommend? Not sure if that's the main problem or not but have heard its a common issue.

X2 what he said. But you say it's a summit x and they had DPM instead of HAC.

Yep. I guess it does have DPM. Is that any better?
