ski-doo first time use

hi folks

I got a brand new ski-doo.
I put it out of the crate now i have to connect the OEM computer to the sled to register the keys.
BUt!! there is a problem, i have connetct the oem pc but key registration do not work.
Is it possible the sled ecu is ina error mode?

the problem is i dont have a spark on the plugs. and the sled is new so the keys are not registerd.

can any one help me out?

is the sled ecu in error mode?
how can i register the keys on the sled?

If your dealer didn't setup the computer you are probably out of luck . Only the dealers have the equipment to do it.
