ski doo calling 2010 chassis "rev-x" ?

Flipping through the new snowest, on pg. 9 came across a 2010 model ad for the summit, in the literature in the ad they are calling the platform the "REV-X". is it because of the new rear suspension geometry? it says it three or four times in the ad....any ideas? in the last issue of snowest they are calling the 09 chassis the rev xp platform with rev-x front suspension.. im confused

also, anyone watch the summit video on doo's website? they say there are, or will be three engine choices for the summit.....

it has been that way since the XP came out. ski-doo likes to add abbreviations to things to make it more complicated.

REX-X is the base platform with the last letter representing the specific chassis
XP- 2 stroke performance chassis
XR- 4 stroke performance chassis
XU- 2 and 4 stroke utility chassis
XRS - race chassis

they are all basically the same with minor changes to hold the 2 or 4 stroke engines.

when I snowchecked my summit x last week I had a choise of a 600 or a 800 on that one if that helps
