The Simmons ski ROCKS in the powder, but look out in icy conditiions. I had the ski wash out from under me on a lake that was glare ice with a skiff of snow on top at about 30 and wadded it up pretty good. Felt like Chuck Norris got a hold of me for a couple of days.
