Silber update????

Anyone know what's going on with the Silber turbos?

I still have not recieved my 2 kits yet and I have tried to contact Justin with for the last 1.5 weeks with no answer. He asked for my ECU from my sled and he recieved it Dec 9th (which means that my sled is out of commission until I recieve the turbo kit). Am I the only one that has not recieved their kits? Sled trip on Jan 2nd and I have to ride the 2011 stocker (unless it shows up within the next couple days, unlikely).

Honestly though, the holidays, snow has been good in the mnts for testing. I personally would expect it to take a while. Even if someone told me it was coming right away. I would laugh and say, yeah right.

yea riding, LOL tuning to make our stuff better more like it. I watched the the tuning time on the hill its NOT riding. BORING AS WATCHING PAINT DRY. Not to mention driving 12+ hours to do it.

There has been hold ups with the update kits. He planned to only sell 100 kits this season and planned for such. We never expected to sell 100 updates as well. The problem is they both use some of the same components and it has been difficult to keep up with demand. They are coming but please be patient. I know I am asking for something that I shouldn't have to ask for but I am doing my best to make sure our customers are aware of the status of parts and I know just is working day and night to get them out. Please don't bash the guy for taking a couple days off to ride. He has been going non stop since the end of last season.

If somebody has a sled out of commission because of an update please let me know and I will do my best to help you.

I'm not bashing anyone, all I'm doing is asking the question. Just was curious if anyone else was waiting for their kits.
One was an update kit and one is a 2014 kit.
Boston, if you knew my situation with my first silber kit you would understand that I must be a patient guy and don't bash on the internet. I would be glad to pm you the details if you so desire.

Same problem, have tried to reach him for months.. Two -14 Pro:s just standing there.. Kit where ordered in September and ECU´s where sent to Silber in early november... Cant get a hold of the guy, seems nearly impossible

Welcome to the forum I see this is your second post.

I have called him three times this year 2 times he picked up on the 3 ring and once he called me back in 5 min, I did not even leave a message. Sent my ecu to him and he only had it for 2 days and it was back in the mail.

He has other numbers on his website to call as well.

Why is your sled out of commission for sending him your ECM number? It doesn't matter until you apply the map from the Bully Dog programmer. Keep riding your sled until the kit comes in.

Oh yeah and Why is that doubtful?? Because its My second post??
I dont know why Andretti but in some cases he seems to want the ECU sent to him and not just the number.

Edit, Maybe Boston could tell us Why?

2014 ECUs have some sort of lock to it so you can't do a remote flash. Silber has to flash it with his Digital Wrench. I had to send my ECU to him also. He was quick to get it back to me even though it was the holidays.

Interesting, I have a '13 sled so I guess that's why I didn't send him my ECM.

Mine is a 13 and he wanted my ECU. Can't ride a sled with no ECU. Was hoping to get my turbo by now as I put my deposit down in the summer. I would be fine if the update kit didn't show yet but I would've thought that the new kit would have arrived by now. Maybe I'll have it for the next trip to the hills.

Thats what I'm sayin.. a guy i've been talking to just send his -14 PRO ECU number in.. Will be interesting to see if it works for him when its time to do the flash.

What parts are Silber waiting for? does anyone know when they hope to got all the kits out at the costumer?

Cant wait until I get mine, seems to rip!!
