Silber turbo

Just got my kit and I thought I would check with those that have installed and what the secrets are. Any tricks that I should know before I start wrenching?

It’s actually a very simple install. Make sure you run the oil line and restrictor correctly. You also have to completely disassemble stock hood, which is a pain.

make sure you clean the oil restriction insert out mine had a lot of debris from the machining process. also the tabs holding the top plastic plentum to the hood had to be re adjusted to make it line up with the intake tube to the turbo. I also cut a section out on the lower hood side so i didnt have to undo the screws holding the lower part of the hood to take it off. its only a 25.00 part so I just order it to replace it if I take the turbo off.
