silber turbo pro wont idle and over fueling

Why I am thinking that there is only a 3 bar map sensor in the silicone tube to read the pressure, also of course the BOV there as well and 2 injectors in the throttle body. Thats it...

Ok ya your right, the one on the Throttle body is the Tmap so that would be the one I would check. I would still disconnect the fuel box and see how she runs

The only thing I can think is I accidentally did so when I was replying from my phone last night, I have sent a email to the moderator asking how to reverse as I can not find how. But again this is just my guess because I can not see if I did or did not do so anywhere on my account.

The blue LED indicates the controller is sensing boost pressure. This would make me think the pinned on the connector that plugs into the GM 3 Bar sensor is wrong. Don't worry about the Green LED flashing. That just means that you haven't enter into the Green Mode yet. Whatever LEDs are SOLID on the controller are the zones that are adding fuel. So right now you have a flashing Green and Solid Blue. That means the Boost fuel is on.

Here is picture of the harness that plugs into the GM 3 Bar Sensor. Make sure the your harness is pinned the same way.

If your sensor is pinned correctly and need more assistance please feel free to give me a call.

I will be going to my sled this weekend. In the middle of moving houses. If the puns are reversed is this something that is sled to sled? The kit was run on another 2013 pro rmk and ran flawless but won't run on mine.

Cheers you have all bean very helpful

So I checke to make sure the weather pack harness was wired right and all checked out ok. I did however clean the pins and adjust the position of my tmap in the silicone boot and tried starting it. To my suprise it ran how it should run and wasn't fueling at idle. Air fuel ratio was good as well. Then I **** it off and tried staring it again and what do you know.. Same problem as before. Secondary injectors were spraying t idle causing it to over fuel and die. I'm not sure what to do anymore. Scrap the kit and go to another company? Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before at all? No one seams to be able to help me. Anything ideas guys????????????

It may be a faulty controller. Call Chris at Dobeck and he will test it for you. He is Snow4Shover on here.

also do yourself a favor and use dielectric grease on all your electrical plug and connections..

and yep a box sure can act up....I had a purelogic work fine for three years then it really acted up and had me looking in all sorts of places I shouldn't have...lol..

Since day one I thought it might be the controler but was unable to prove it. Is their a way to test the controler without sending it away throught dobec?

Chris gave you the rundown, your best bet is to call, talk to the guys, there are a LOT of little details on the PRO that can make the controller look faulty, but its just the first thing we tend to blame.

Do yourself a favor and Call dobeck, Chris has more hours supporting various pro turbo kits and electronics than any single person I know, he is going to get you a solution 10x faster then asking around here.
