silber turbo det problem

new to the polaris world, bought a 2012 pro and a 13 silber turbo kit running the dobek box, installed wossner direct replacement pistons and turbo at the same time, it runs excellent and starts and idles perfect, was wondering what can cause the det and limp mode to turn on, im sure its something simple,
i have not clutched it yet still waiting on clutch parts to come in. i have only rode it around very little just to check for leaks and that everything was sealed up good. can hitting the rev limiter cause this?

Yes, absolutely is the cause. Throw more weight at it when you get your parts.

Welcome to the turbo world,
- Check your BOV. Take it apart and clean it. (consider buying a good quality replacement - like a Forge.)
- Turn down you boost and add octane! find a boost vs. octane for your elevation.
- the early 13' kits had a issue with the wiring on Bosch boost sensor. A bunch of guys dumped the kits because they could not get them to run (There is a post out there showing the correct wiring)
- Turn up your fuel settings on the Dobec box until you get the hang of it. Especially the blue / green

Ya I kind of figured need the revlimiter could do it, u think a dirty blow off could cause it?, I have 50/50 91/110vp in it at 7#'s it's not running lean it's pretty close on were it should be. I didn't say I was new to boost world just new to Polaris :) have had several boosted sleds but non of them had the det sensor haha. Thanks for the replies though!

Dang Mitch, should have bought one that was all setup for your sled when you had the chance. Wish you luck buddy....
