SILBER PRO RIDE TURBO

Forgot to mention, the Production kit is 100% bolt on, you DONT have to modify, drill, cut or hack anything on the sled.

Install time is around 4-5 hours

Pictures kit is the intercooled option.

Notice them billet throttle body boots with intregrated fuel injectors:face-icon-small-hap (if your pro ride turbo kit doesnt come with them you can get them from us.)

that looks pretty sick! very impressed that it is complete bolt on. looks well done. questions:

is there a concern with sucking hot air with the intake under the hood? (although that looks really nice!)

are you recommending a specific fuel controller? do you sell them? cost?

edit: never mind, re-read, saw that it comes with a controller. what kind?

thanks

Looks like a clean kit. It is great to see the turbo guys stepping up their game every year on performance, reliability, fit & finish.

The intake is next to the hood vent which will allow it to suck some fresh air in. Again we designed the kit to be a bolt on unit so the user didnt have to hack up there sled, which is why the intake is where it is.

We use the Attitude Fuel controller, with our turbo kit specific programming.

Thanks
Justin

wondering how you can have a kit out that you feel comfy selling when nobody has had one of these on the snow for testing. have you been doing dyno testing? just curious here....

Kits are not shipping yet, we have some more tuning to do. Just started the thread to let people see what the kit looks like.

looks sweet!
hey justin why are the dragon kit more $ is it more labor to biuld those kits or is it just the added accesories ?

lovin the bult in kits:face-icon-small-hap

The pros are $155 more, and the options are the same for clutching and gauges.

We will have some more detailed pictures up soon

Thanks

Justin Can you tell me if their are any pros vs cons on the intercooler? Some turbo builders are now saying that they are not needed even in the race gas kits. Did you have any of of the intercoolers on your kits last year?
Also with the new chassis, and where the intercooler would have to be mounted will there be enough fresh air to make a big enough difference?
thanks dc

An intercooler is a big plus when going over say 8 or 10 lbs. The more boost the more compressed air and when air compresses it gets hot. I've been told that with an intercooler you can drop 70 deg. in your charge temp. The intercooler is a bit spendy but its well worth the money and they look fricken awesome too! Justin will send you in the right direction as he always does. As for the pro kits, Justin you need to get them out here soon theres a good base up Togwotte and were supposed to get atleast another foot tonight with snow all throught the week. I rode saturday and it wasnt bad. It would be a good time to get testing and tunning done so you can get your kits out.:face-icon-small-coo

Scandinavinan 98 and US premium fuel is the same octane just different octane ratings ron/mon.
I should work really good @ sea level with low comp heads and 10 psi boost.
