Silber non bb turbo ???

A friend with a pro silber turbo its a non ball bearing turbo oils is coming out of the boost t he said its the labrinth seal? but he keeps riding it saying hell just rebuild when it goes down. What is likely to happen here beside possible fire.? Thanks I ride with him and worry about being very far from the truck. Thanks

Never seen one catch on fire.......The worst that happens is you have to refill the oil tank more often and in can make a little mess.
